Somebody who knows me saw me on TV and captured the frame on their computer and emailed it to me.  I'm the bored looking person in the back on the left of the photo.  I'm usually not THAT bored!  I think the year was 1999.  It was a congressional hearing of the House Financial Services Committee.

Here's a less bored picture of me at the Senate Commerce Committee.  The people in the back are the commissioners of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).  Believe it or not, one of them has the last name of "Swindle" (and also happens to be one of John McCain's fellow POWs in Hanoi)!  I knew the photographer (Jay Mallin) from the Microsoft antitrust trial.  This may have been in 2000.

Here's me in front of the DC district court house during the Microsoft antitrust trial, circa 1998.  Yes, I did need a haircut.

Here's me in front of a Bar on Third Avenue in NYC, by a sign that says that I live here:

Another shot at the same location where I supposedly "live":

Me and some friendly polar bears in Canada... actually a photo background for a photo taken at a Canadian expo booth in Bryant Park in NYC:

I cropped out a smaller shot with the polar bears for use in Twitter:

A washed out iPhone/TwitPic photo of me at the EntConnect 2009 conference:

In August in Manhattan they have something called "Summer Streets" where they close off Park Avenue and some other streets to motorized traffic and open the streets to bicyclists and pedestrians. They have various activities along the route. One was a photo booth run by the Dutch government to celebrate the 400th anniversary of New York City (remember Henry Hudson in 1609?). Here is the photo I got:

I have a smaller cropped version for use in Twitter, etc.:

And an even smaller head shot:
